Haha, it's just so bizarre to me. Rats are beautiful + lovely animals. I'll never understand the hatred people have for them. Poor little things, give them all to me, I'll look after them!

When rats are really happy/comfortable they'll start doing something called boggling where their eyes vibrate rapidly. This happens because they're softly grinding their teeth in an action called bruxing and because their jaw muscles pass behind their eyes they bulge in and out. |
