I commented on a forum that the russian science fiction film HARD TO BE A GOD used the novel idea of casting the ugliest, most deformed-looking extras from the russian populace to represent alien life on another planet (it's really brutal to watch this film because they're so disturbingly ugly). This clip reminded me of that  |

I saw that. It was a grueling movie to watch. Not only because of what you mentioned but because it was long (3hrs), boring and made little sense. But It was incredible to look at.
