Not only that, but they live to be 80 years old. I have a neighbor who has had one for 20 years, and he knows he will have to find a rescue group for it when he dies. I think his bird is around 40 now.  Also, I swear like a parrot, so no need to get a real one. |

The rescue places must be full, nobody is going to out live them, unless you get an actual rescue bird at 50 +...I am not even mentioning it to the Mrs, i will use your info at the correct time , when she goes on about it |
