I drive a fork lift truck at work and occasionally bumps do happen. It didn't seem like the driver bumped the racks to hard for it all to come tumlbing down like that. Management should be asking questions to whoever was in charge of putting the racks up.
If anything he done them a favour, next time it could of been a worker walking past and a hefty claim against the company if it landed on him.
