us in Philippines are rather short on patience on situations like that. if that was me, i would have jerked the car forward when he step on my car's roof. maybe i would get lucky and score a faceplant that way. Chinese would just probably run him over and inspect their tires for damage afterwards. either way, it would decrease russian population if Filipinos and Chinese will migrate to russia.
