That's one of those "It was cute when he was a puppy" situations.   My mom used to play with one of my dogs with the broom and I had to break her(dog AND mom ) of it - because it's a serious pain in the ass when every time you try to sweep, the dog's trying to grab the damn broom.

Pit Bull isn't a breed either. It's used as a blanket term for American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Bully and Bull Terriers. They're all closely related. Bull terriers are the most distant, because of the other breeds mixed in(Dalmatian and such) - but they're all behaviorally the same. I've been around all of them. They all generally have that bull & terrier temperament.  |
