Wow, it's like cops are getting lazier by the day. If I were a cop, I would be taking guys out by hand. Especially if they weren't armed. (this guy might have been hiding a weapon). It seems like cops don't want to have to struggle at all these days and just resort to the tazer the moment someone resists. On the other hand, people know the law, and resisting arrest will result in tazering so it is his own fault for being a dummy. |

His first offense was being naked in a public place. His second offense was refusing to put his clothes back on when the police told him to. He also refused to leave. When the cops tried to detain him, he resisted, and got Tased like the stupid twat he is.  |

Anybody over 18 in the US can buy a Taser or a stun gun. And yet you don't hear about rampant Taser-related crime (in fact I can't actually think of a single such incident).
