Here is your story. Yes his penis is indeed strangely abbreviated. He is chubby. And he does not seem to care that now there is no mystery. If he had at least left on a jock strap at least people would never be sure how much of that fat might even be some impressive junk. Now we all know it's just some pud blubber. Also you can not ever force anyone to wear clothes. It just can't be done without being very brutal. Point of fact is that in a civilized world it is just not worth the effort required to force people to wear clothes. These police were not in fact civilized. They were brutal and irrational. The guy doesn't want to wear clothes? Ok then either let him walk around buck naked or ask him to come along to the station and book him into the drunk tank until he returns to his usual inhibited self after whatever he has ingested has been pissed out. He could of easily been manipulated with some friendly suggestions to "come along please, sir" American police always want to go for the strong arm tactic. Uncool and brutal. But then again he did have a micropenis. So that could be a crime in and of itself. Maybe reason enough for a good tasing. I mean if you ain't got junk then why you lettin' it hang out? |
