I think the little girl went to the bathroom. The father took the opportunity to eat some of her food. The mom went bonkers in typical asian fashion. I’m married to a Vietnamese woman and I would put money on that plot.
Or woman got mad because guy was caring for the child to that extent but did nothing for her.
