Re: I'm Moving Out

There is something to be said for allowing a child to assert their independence and feelings. This child was expressing her frustration (in a very cute way) in an appropriate setting (their home). I don't see anything wrong here.

Re: I'm Moving Out

Haha
This is not how "Americans" all treat their children.
There are many parents who do not tolerate this kind of behavior.....
(yes there are. But with all the lawyers and social groups there that takes advantage of child abuse law, many will bleed the parent dry. Out here, as long as its within the spanking area of body and within the spanking amount of force, nobody will turn a hair if you do it in public.)

Parents who encourage their kids to act out, because it makes a funny video are screwing up. It's not an American thing.
(I stand corrected on that. its not just an american thing. its a thing of countries who have lawyers and social groups who makes a lot of money when they fall prey to parents who wants to discipline their children.)

There are parents in the Philippines that screw up too. Just because you live in an area, doesn't mean that everyone acts in the same manner and does everything the same way.
(You are right about that... not just a mere "there are parents".... Many parents are like that even here. especially those who are going along with the trend.)

Whats is wrong there in my point of view is that she is not in the right mind age to balance the things before making outbursts like that. When instead of explaining you just laugh and seemed amused and agreable, you encourage them.
