Any time there's conflict like this, it should be immediately stopped.
While they could just go their separate ways, it's also a fine line.
Getting amped up like that can instantly turn into a full blown dog fight, where one or both dogs end up badly injured and/or dead.
Might not happen the first 10 times, could happen on the 11th. That energy can be explosive.
