What do you mean toxic? As in "don't eat them" or toxic residue when you touch them? This one seemed a bit grumpy about the hair combing.
They have a toxic bite. Apparently the toxin is produced by a gland on the arm and activates when mixed with saliva as the Loris licks itself.
This could be why the person in the vid is brushing the Loris. Keeping it's hygiene in check would lower it's need to clean itself and lower the toxicity of it's saliva in the long run.

Still don't think it's the best idea to keep as a pet. Very endearing though.

Can't anyone see how painful that looks. The idiot is digging into its skin with that comb by combing at weird angles. It looks like the animal didn't want to be bothered at that time anyway.
