Re: 92-year-old Man Hits 9 Cars with His Chrysler Pacifica at Store Parking Lot
it is pathetic that drivers like this often do not get their licenses revoked, or get charged/have to pay for damages, because society doesn't want to hurt their feelings....i'm sorry, if you "get confused" as to which pedal is the throttle and which is the brake, then you shouldn't be allowed to drive- I don't care how heroic you may have been in WWII |

Re: 92-year-old Man Hits 9 Cars with His Chrysler Pacifica at Store Parking Lot
Happened to me several times (im just glad all of it happened on one direction freeway) wearing narrow heels and the wood sole slipped off the gas pedal and got stuck in between brake pedal and gas pedal. you cant easily take it off thus you cant brake and the amount of speed you can decrease will depend how far can you lift your trapped foot against the gas pedal.. its no fun i tell you.
