German wartime newsreel footage shows armored vehicles and infantry during a tank battle. A camouflaged assault gun or tank destroyer fitted with Zimmerit coating is shown near buildings with branches attached for concealment and crewmen in its hatches. Other scenes show tanks traveling through woods, heavy tanks parked along a snowy road, shell bursts across open ground and a gun firing from a dark wooded position. German infantrymen are also shown lying in a roadside ditch beside a house as a tank remains on the road behind them. The vehicle designs and Zimmerit coating indicate that the footage was filmed during the later years of World War II.
