Re: Various Different Women Shown in Their Casket
Its not healthy to view a dead girls corpse in that manner. She is dead and you need to stop trying to trivialize cancer.

Re: Various Different Women Shown in Their Casket
Why didn't they tell her? Did they not have the means or didn't want to treat it for some reason? She looks very healthy for having cancer. What the hell did they say when she lay dying? She was very beautiful! |

Re: Various Different Women Shown in Their Casket
I'm not trivalizing cancer. I'm saying it's amazing she was able to deal deal with her condition as well as she did. I'm sure she suspected something was wrong well before those final two months.

Re: Various Different Women Shown in Their Casket
Amazing that she had any energy with terminal leukemia. I'm pretty shocked by it. I have to say I don't agree with not telling an 18 year old that they have cancer though. She had a right to know.

Re: Various Different Women Shown in Their Casket
Having just recently lost someone to leukemia, I find that hard to believe. To be fair though, that might have been the chemo. And it's not right to withhold that kind of information from (ahem, LIE to) someone about that. It's their body, their life, their right to know, & their choice how to spend that time. |

Well, and what if their choice would be not to know ? Mine is, i think. "What is the best kind of death ? - A sudden one." (c) J. Caesar. |

Re: Various Different Women Shown in Their Casket
Even if the docs told it was not treatable i still would have tried when it's a young person as survival rate is pretty high for younger people. Leukemia, all types http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/heal...al#heading-One |
