Her sister is in the photo second from the bottom. I don't remember how she reacted, but her father almost collapsed at his daughter's casket and had to be helped away. The wake is four hours long, so I didn't watch it all, but there are likely many more tragic moments like that in it. :( |

No that's not a bullet hole on the side of her face, too small. If I had to make an " Assumtion", then I'd say she was shot some where in the back of the head. If you look closely you can see the hemorrhaging on her face, her eyes, chin....etc. that comes from 'blunt force trauma' in and around the area. A bullet entrance to the face, even a small calibre would have left a bigger hole and more damage.

Is it unusual for people shot in the head to embalm so well and look so peaceful in their caskets? There doesn't seem to be an exit wound either.

Shot in the head and it's an open Casket funeral? He must of shot her with a low caliber pistol. Anyways it sucks for the family, but I don't feel sorry for her like most women killed by this "signifcant" other. Because 99% of the time their was abuse before the murder. So she decided to put up with him so she got what she deserved, I guess. I don't know the full story, maybe she did leave him, but he pursued her. It does happen quite often. Who else watches Forensic files on Netflix?  |
