Peritonitis is a shitty way to go. “Sick” is the only word I can use to describe his internals. I have been in dissections and know what a fresh body should look like during the post. It’s sad that his liver had even started turning necrotic. I could say with almost 89% certainty that this was due to the alcoholism. He didn’t get medical help when he should have. We all know that. That’s why he is there and we are here watching him on the slab.
