The flip flops  I work in healthcare in Canada, and I've actually seen an autopsy done on the floor once, it was just an external and the patient was 730lb and did not fit on the slab. Took several of us to roll her around for the ME. I recommend not dying while fat, everyone in the hospital wanted to see the big dead fat woman.
