I have so many questions. How long would it take to finish the autopsy on this person, and can they be cremated?? I could probably google this, but I know the answers would be much more colorful coming from ya'all!!

It messes with me that we’re good about trying to prevent extreme anorexia and intervene with that eating disorder but it’s considered hurtful to call out a morbidly obese person who could die just as easily from their eating disorder, too.
