Take home message: 1, the human body contains a lot of fat (shudders at the thought of my own fat ass), and 2, autopsies and cooking/butchery share a lot of similarities, now fry up some kidneys for me please, chef!  |

Brilliant. Glad someone bumped this post as I missed it first time round. Gatagato you really do find some amazing stuff.  (I work in a hospital and when visiting the morgue I asked the mortuary technician if he needed an assistant. I'd love to work in a mortuary. Unfortunately he told me the NHS couldn't afford to give him an assistant. If I could afford to I'd do it for free).
