AMAZING POST! I especially love the picture of her family at the grave with huge smiles. If I'm not mistaken, I think in the Phillipines there is a tradition when someone dies it is sad, but it is also a real celebration of the person's life, and they are spoken of as if they are still alive. I believe they also exhume their ancestors so younger family members who were not born when the person died, can meet them. I know this is real somewhere but I'm 50/50 about what country this tradition takes place.
