This show was shown on BBC3 here in the UK and is now on iPlayer if any Brit's missed it. I'm not sure if non-UK located DR members will be able to view. The thing that made me smile, is that the surgeon is on the obese side himself! It's worth a watch.

The cadaver was previously frozen. This would explain some of the excess fluid in the tissues, rather than it all being explained as oedema/edema (as is in the doc.) Think how much water there is when a frozen steak is defrosted, compared to a fresh one.
