Obeisity Post Mortem/Autopsy Broadcast from UK
This show was shown on BBC3 here in the UK and is now on iPlayer if any Brit's missed it. I'm not sure if non-UK located DR members will be able to view. The thing that made me smile, is that the surgeon is on the obese side himself! It's worth a watch. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p046n462 *It looks as if the Beeb doesn't allow iplayer outside of the UK. Maybe it would work using TorBrowser??* https://www.torproject.org/ |

For people outside the U.K. https://hdmovie14.org/movies/obesity-the-post-mortem/ it's disastrous for the internal organs that's for sure |

Re: Obeisity Post Mortem/Autopsy Broadcast from UK
The cadaver was previously frozen. This would explain some of the excess fluid in the tissues, rather than it all being explained as oedema/edema (as is in the doc.) Think how much water there is when a frozen steak is defrosted, compared to a fresh one. |
