Extraction of Blood & Decomposition Fluids
I'm not a doctor or a coroner but I'm guessing they are extracting blood and decomposition fluids from this man. Any users here at DR who are experienced and work in the related field I encourage you to share your knowledge about this post.  Not sure if this is a repost |

That's in the basics the same technique I use to get the air out of my hydraulic brakes from the car... with a vacuum pump  ..only they use it reversed by sucking the blood out of the veins |
