Im guessing he’s NSNA/straight to crem and all they needed to do was release the tissue gas in that big belly in order to fit him in the coffin.

Yes, many do get to go straight to embalming but this was only cavity aspiration.

That's the trocar and it is used to aspirate gas and fluids from the thoracic cavity and then for the cavity injection of a higher strength preservative than used in the arterial injection.
