I don't believe it was asuicide at all. He and Chester Bennington were working on a project to expose Hollywood pedophiles and they both were found dead within months of saying they were going to start naming names. They were both killed

Agreed. This dude died in a very similar fashion. It was ruled by 2 pathologists that it was caused by "accidental asphyxiation." However after interviews with previous women... it's been pretty widely accepted that it was caused by autoerotic asphyxiation... which I guess technically is accidental asphyxiation if you die... just churched up a bit.

I think Chris died in the same way.

Yeah, tbh I think his bodyguard killed him then took his phone and remotely turned the lights off and on to indicate to the wife that it "had been done". She was draining Chris dry. There was a video of him, her and the kids on Easter, renting some mansion for an exorbitant amount of money while she was having their new mansion built. Pretty sure he felt overwhelmed bleeding out all that cash. He seemed like a simple guy. Soundgarden was interviewed once in a van and the other band members answered all the questions while Chris ate his lunch. He was eating a sandwich and looked so fuckin happy. Why do these guys end up with the worst women sucking them dry?

He killed himself, after taking copious ammounts of prescribed drugs...they had a suicidal side effect. I don't believe in conspiracies plus both him and Chester were pretty depressed...
You can see his last concert recordings that he was "out if this world" mentally at the last few shows...
Hell, in fact aside from Vedder, all of the grunge heroes are dead by now
That being said, his wife purposely witholding his last vocal recordings, suing the band etc. That's why we still haven't heard those 6-7 songs that he recorded vocals on, Soundgarden was working on a new album at that timeframe. She refuse to give the band the original vocal files, so they cannot put overdubs etc to finish them off...
She demanded millions of dollars, plus the rights to the entire backing catalog etc...she is friends with the guy who eventually got them

I feel sorry for their children
Chris Cornell was an extremely talented singer/songwriter. Very big loss to the music world imho
He generally seemed a nice, down to earth guy with style and a god given voice

I would imagine the depression came from the fact that he sold less than 15 full albums after doing all that work for so many years. (According to the accompanying story.)
