you can see the gas build up deflate when he penetrates the skin, also considering he's decomposing, i'm suprised his head moves around so freely, i would have though he would have had severe rigamortis however he looks to me like maybe he was found dead in water.

Incidentally, an old nursing tip, when having to deal with strong odours, is to apply "Vick's Vapour Rub" above your upper lip, just under the nose!  |
