I took my college kids to autopsies at our local coroner every semester. Christ she was hot - a rare 10, absolutely awe-inspiring, I could barely form sentences in front of her... and then this dream-like pixy would say "After you remove the stomach contents with the ladle, you can see the feces forming & the blood present in the intestines" and I'd snap out of it.
