In the 2nd video, the hose falling off the table and started spraying all over the place as the guys rushing to shut it off.

I didn't see any embalming in either of these videos..aspiration is not embalming, simply removing cavity fluids. This type of prep is common in 3rd world countries where actual arterial embalming is uncommon but its not an embalming by any stretch.
