"Clarification of information regarding the destruction of the commander of the Black Sea NAVY

As it is known, 34 officers were killed as a result of a rocket attack on the headquarters. According to the sources, among the dead was the commander of the military air force. Many still have not been identified due to the disparity of body fragments.

Since the Russian side was urgently forced to publish an answer with an apparently living Sokolov - our units are clarifying the information. This happens within the procedure for collecting data on the results of the operation."

It might be an old video, but personally, i dont see the point in lying in any case. Ukraine didnt lie deliberately and i dont think Ruz dont lie deliberately about this case,because, its one of those lies that is just too easy to disprove. Truth will come out anyways.

Ukraine probably had solid intel on the meeting of high ranking officials and they expected that guy to be there as well. Maybe he went to take a dump, and that saved him. Who knows.
