On this day, it is usual to honor the liquidators of those events who, against all odds, stood up to defend people and went to a battle that they had lost before it even began. Many conclusions have been drawn and should be drawn, but the main one is that the russians have not changed for centuries, neither by methods nor by means, and therefore all of them must be destroyed."
