Re: US Army Killing Japanese Mortally Wounded Soldiers
In that state I'd be grateful for a bullet. Plus as others said their culture would leave them as forever shamed having allowed themselves to fall into the hands of the enemy. Really you are preserving his honor in a perverse way.

Re: US Army Killing Japanese Mortally Wounded Soldiers
War crimes are committed by countries ignoring the long held rules of civilized warfare. They started it by dishonoring the long honored white flag of surrender. Is it right shooting the wounded/incapacitated? No, but you try following the rules in a game where your opponent ignores them. |

Re: US Army Killing Japanese Mortally Wounded Soldiers
Before you or anyone feels sorry for the Japenese you need to read real history on how the Japenese treated others. What the did to the Chinese and the Americans is sickening! They made the atrocities carried out by the Germans on the Jewish seem like kids play! Some of the sickest and most cruel people in the history of man!

Re: US Army Killing Japanese Mortally Wounded Soldiers
People here are a bunch of hypocrites. Whenever you see atrocities elsewhere in the world, you call those people evil and all manner of curse words. When they are your brethren like here people are pretty much justifying the rationale. How about rationalizing the same way on all the other fuucked up sh1t that is posted?? Hypocrisy is one of the most egregious of virtues. |
