Turkey is an Islamist sympathizer state under the cunt running the place currently. It was pretty good before he started his political rise around 2003. The USA should have been more supportive of the coup attempt a few years back. Them being called an 'ally' of other democracies is a fucking joke. It is a democracy like Russia is a democracy LOL Some great people and culture for sure. Lots of sane moderate people there, but the management are cunts!  I like the Kurds in principle since we dislike the same people - Islamists and the Turkish Government, but I believe that wanting their own country might be an unreasonable goal. There are lots of people who would lay claim to land based on all kinds of things both realistic and ridiculous (like claims from a 'holy book', deity or other such nonsense.) A country is unlikely to just start giving away land to have a hostile force on its door-step. They need a negotiated agreement with a progressive and reasonable government that respects other cultures and ethnicities. Sadly, you just don't see that in Islamist counties like Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan, Turkey (now), etc.. First step is to oust the current prick, then go from there. Violence and terror should be last defensive resort for survival as it lessens chances of any peaceful resolution.
