It may be fake, but still powerful. It seems pretty real to me even though the arm is visible under the man's jacket. Definitely one of the best fakes I've seen.

I don't think it is fake because I remember seeing the video about 20 years ago...it was circulating among Iranians in London. The soldier is an Iranian prisoner who had previously been tortured. The video showed that the soldier was tied to two jeeps.
