I remember seeing an Omar Sheriff movie on TV as a kid called Genghis Khan where Khan as a young teenager is forced to watch his father be pulled apart by four horses. Hmm, this is different from the usual cowboys 'n' indians "bang bang you're dead!" stuff you typically saw on TV as a kid in the 60s, I thought
