arab states have never "united" against anything, yet. if you look at a map, it is plain to see that they would annihilate israel if they did manage to unite against it....so far, the USA keeps that from happening.
the US-initiated conflicts in afghanistan and iraq are two of the longest in the last century- if arab/middle eastern fighters were as pathetic as you maintain, then how do explain their resilience in the face of dual global superpowers(russia was in afghanistan first)?
