If they're loaded up with shaped charges, the success rate is probably pretty high. I just don't know what types of explosives are used with them.

Judging from how Lancets detonate, it looks like all of them have shaped charges. They're definitely lethal even for tanks.

She should be careful with what she's putting out into the universe. If she thinks this is a war with NATO, she's got another thing coming if NATO ever does get directly involved.

If I didn't know if would just lead to more senseless loss of life and possibly WWIII... I would love to see them get a taste of a real fight with NATO.

Even before this war, Russian Army would melt on contact with NATO. They are nothing what they used to be, clearly.

I love how they can't even begin to accept that Ukrainians stopped them from outright taking the country over. This is such a point of embarrassment for them that they had to make up the whole "NATO soldiers" horse shit to save face. This is the highest level of cringe.

Proximity timers are used in artillery only.

Maybe I should have put in more detail rather than just a general answer that others can pick up on, & as we discussed GPS Smart Munitions & this proximity issue at the very start of the war, some 600 days ago with GPS guided arty shell or smart munitions as there referred to as they have a sensor in them to detect the relative area to detonate all the while the GPS system gets a fix on the optimal angle of attack & then the sensor activates the charge when it is in the correct window of both attack angle & proximity to the intended target.

Also, some of these GPS guided smart munitions also have directional shape charges in them to not only explode in the target area but to also direct which way the explosion is primarily directed, usually straight down to deal with tanks, to ensure the optimal amount of pressure & shrapnel is directed at the intended fixed target, usually wheeled or tracked targets, as these smart munitions cost around $100,000 US each & aren't usually wasted on infantry but by the image posted it is evident that there's no tank or other military system in the photo shows that it could have been sent to deal with a high concertation of infantry but regardless of its target in this particular scenario the GPS Smart Munitions are here to stay they do a great job of fucking up russian shit good proper.
