Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread (Part Zero): 24 Feb - 31 Mar 2022
Agreed, for reasons that have been explained. Read what's been posted again. I think you're just saying that. You come across as having a big hard on for old Vlad. Rub a dub. Nah, I'm not buying that. If you really hated nazism and facism you would not be such a troll for Russia. mmm let me see, Ukrainians are white (slavic anyway) and Russians are white (slavic and a mixture of Finnish/Norse) so I don't see how white supremacy has anything to do with any of your arguments, I am certainly not offended by some presumed insult from a Russia shill. Just for clarity, I am not a white supremist, I'd happily shoot white enemies as soon as black enemies. I also am not Ukrainian in case that's your next idea. Probably the only thing I agree with you on in all of your posts is that the US has been piss weak and if Biden and NATO had been stronger, Putin may have been deterred. BTW John Mearsheimer, who you linked to in another post, was opposed to the decision by Ukraine to give up it's nukes because he saw that Ukraine without a nuclear deterrent would likely be subjected to aggression by Russia. As early as 1993, he suggested that Ukraine should retain its nuclear weapons as a deterrent. Looks like he was on the money. |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread (Part Zero): 24 Feb - 31 Mar 2022
I am happy to hear you have a good life. I guess eventually talks tough on the internet including myself. In anyway, I believe if you are interested you should just check out anything Mearsheimer said regarding nato and Russia. This never excuses anyone invading another country (not talking about USA, no disrespect) so Russia is certainly wrong. However, I believe it could have been avoided and living in a western country, the media is pretty biased. Even going as far as EU countries banning Russian media, which is pretty weird and a first as well. Anyway good night and I’ll try to keep my cool as well next time :) |

Russia has state sponsored trolls. Like whole offices full of online trolls pushing propaganda and hacking anything they can. This is probably simply just one of them trolls, paid trolls with virtually worthless rubles as payment LOL

Ukraine would have long sold off their nukes to islamists or anyone else with cash. It's a corrupt criminal state. Rah Rah Yeah Ukraine. Wonderful bastion of liberty and democracy Ukraine, lol Funny, Russia wasn't our enemy as far as lefties like you were concerned when they were threatening to annihilate the capitalist west in a sea of fire. Once the commies were gone and eastern europe was free suddenly Russia became the bad guys. Weird. |

He's been here for 14 years, you've been here for 2 months. I can literally hear the mainstream media echoing through your mouth "worthless rubles" "joe biden is so great and powerful, he's really hurting Russia" lol |

i don't mind a discussion about the subject but going through pages of name calling eachother is not what we want to see in here. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion but i deleted some comments or edit them. If you want to call eachother moron etc. you can pm eachother or start a topic in the watercooler. Now back to pics and vids and info |

What western sources are painting a picture that Ukraine is winning? I haven't seen many. However, with the cost that has already been inflicted on Russia in terms of losses and sanctions, you could ask yourself whether taking Ukraine or parts of it could be considered a win. What is clear, is that Ukraine is putting up a much fiercer defence than Russia expected. And also that the Russian military has become (or always been?) incompetent due to a paranoid regime and widespread corruption (Not the first time, is it?). Regarding the nazi stuff, Russia might get rid of their own nazis first. Allthough I don't see it as strange that there are more acceptance for nazi thoughts in countries that have been occupied by communists, my enemys enemy is my friend, etc. Was it 3-4 millions of Ukrainians that Stalin killed by starvation? |
