If they wanted to do something like that, they would have done so long time ago, when russia used Belarus to attack Ukraine. They could have said that its ok for Ukrainian fighters and weapons to launch attacks from neighboring countries. They didnt because they dont want to escalate, and they hope that appeasing the führer will work.
