I am good with Trump being elected but I would have liked for the democrats to stay in power as there would be no excuses like people are sort of making now. Not you in particular. But I remember with all the gamechangers the claims were always in the category of

“Well if this weapon was delivered earlier then surely Ukraine would have won”

And now we might be hearing early next year

To me it just shows that Ukraine currently only exists as an independent state due to the US funding and “grace” if pulling US funding means they have to capitulate for then for me, they have already lost long ago

To be fair. They seem to be fighting a losing battle. Every day Russia seems to be getting closer and closer to its endgame. I think I said from the start I couldn’t see a win for Ukraine here. There is too much at stake for lootin Pootin to lose. And now he has a new supply of willing North Korean troops to fight for him I expect he will become ever more confident.

Still not Korean troops must be highly brainwashed. Because you would think they would defect the moment they were able. If these ones are not defectors then my suspicion is they would be fanatical in fight to the last.

Uk news is already saying Ukraine is on the back foot. I even read a headline this morning where ex prime minister Boris Johnson said the Uk would send troops into Ukraine if needed.

Somehow that action alone seems to be would be enough for Pootin to say he was finally at war with nato proper

I believe the North Korean troops are also part symbolic, to show most western countries that our (previous) politicians, like Boris Johnson merely threaten the deployment of western troops as another supposed game changer.

I believe they will not actually send them as western bodies have the same same body mass and bone density as Ukrainians and thus offer about the same protection against explosives artillery and bombs; which cause 90% of Ukrainian casualties.
In short; they will all die the same.

That goes for the Koreans as well, even though they are maybe slightly smaller and as a result harder to hit, they will not further accelerate the current Russian gains

So in conclusion; the Korean troops are only to show that the west was never going to send any troops IMO

How can Ukraine lose anything? Russia is losing 1.500 soldiers every day, and Ukraine is only losing very little, also Ukraine now has more tanks than at the start of the conflict. Also the Russian economy is about to collapse

The previously unknown type of unmanned aerial vehicle with a fuselage made of foamed plastic and jerry-rigged assembly quality turned out to have the name Gerbera which is related to a squad that is closely related to the Alabuga special economic zone where iranian Shahed-136 are produced, its members also wear patches with Shaheds along a USSR flag depicted on them.

If we presume Gerbera is produced at the same industrial facilities at Alabuga, this could be an indication that russian engineers so far have not been able to reverse-engineer and recreate Shahed-136 manufacture technology.

So half of these drones are Iranian made shaheds and the other half are cheap drones to confuse Ukrainian radars.
