Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread IV
He did point out that it wasn't NATO that moved 15 battalion groups to the border before the war. A legitimate response which the turd sitting down didn't even respond to and just deflected. What do you think of that fact drag?

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread IV
Which side of the border, buddy? What's that supposed to mean? Russia can't move its troops on its own territory?

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread IV
They are merely exercising their freedom of expression; Russia wanted to restrict this through the UN, but Ukraine and the US loudly voted “No”. Nazis from all over the world should feel safe to express their ideology and draw their swastikas and do their little hitler salutes. That is literally what freedom is about. You know who hates freedom? Putin. Source: https://www.rferl.org/a/us-ukraine-v.../28125450.html |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread IV
I'm not saying it never happened - but when did NATO conduct joint exercises that close to Russia? Plus when they have their joint exercises they announce it pretty heavily beforehand, at least that was what NATO did when I was still in.

It is true that they announce it https://www.dw.com/en/kremlin-critic...ine/a-18596592 https://www.google.nl/url?sa=t&rct=j...Mzgr7YsrfkUWZS https://www.atlanticcouncil.org/blog...ussian-border/ Looks like they have been showing off near the border for years, both sides at least |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread IV
Nato military exercises have never been any threat to anyone at all. It never has held exercises using numbers capable of posing a threat to Russia. Its forces close to the Russian border( moving nato troops within nato borders ) have always been a token force. Just to show solidarity. Even its biggest exercises since the cold war have been around 50 000 troops...spread out over all the member countries. The idea that NATO posed an imminent threat to Russia is delusional. It's even retarded to suggest that. The whole nato argument has always been a red herring...a random casus belli, just to fearmonger local Russian peasants. Dictators need an external enemy to stay in power. Thats how it has always been. And thats the role of NATO. |
