Some accounts are circulating the 1st video claiming that it is a group of saboteurs in uniform captured by the 128th Transcarpathia, but the video seems to be an edit of the oroginal, which instead shows some Ukrainian soldiers surrendering.

Can't be true or just for propoganda. They cut dick or throat usually. Maybe they save this one just to make some propoganda. Definitely will kill him in the captivity as all others
