Russian tanks turn into ovens when hit and that driver is most certainly cooked well before it hit the water. You are absolutely correct on the gunner/commander. What an awful design, life is certainly cheap in the Soviet/Russian world

So in other tanks (more modern ahh ) is there any way possible to crew to survive or escape when tank start to cook.
Or if it start to happen, everyone is dead no matter the design of tank?

Almost as if they seen something scary like an IFV to the west(left) and said hell nah..I think i see their heads in that direction but who knows

Russian tanks store their ammo all around the turret, so anyone in there are done. The driver being forward of this has a chance. Western ones store their rounds in a separate compartment so their crews are more likely to survive.
