Haha yes! That's a T-80 (captured from Russia) with a gas turbine instead of a diesel. It's essentially a helicopter engine in a tank. They absolutely guzzle fuel however, but the engines are typically more powerful, more reliable and can take more types of fuel.

For comparison, the tanks I was on (M1A1-SA and M1A2) are also gas turbine. Same engine as the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter. Typically flames would not shoot out the back however...
