In Russian controlled Skadovsk (Kherson region), a car with a "team platoon commander" of the PPS, patrol and post service (occupation police), of the Russian Federation was blown up.

So far this is the only video and info I've found so I'm going to leave this video in this post by itself and add any media/info I find to it.

EDIT: 15:30 ET - Found another source with the same video say this took place in Nova Kakhovka in the left bank region of Kherson, which is about 90 km from Skadovsk.

Another source that posted a picture/map almost 24 hours ago said the name of the victim is Sergey (Sergei) Moskalenko and that he died. Before the war, Moskalenko was the owner of "Jaguar" security and about a year ago was appointed chief of the "pre-trial detention center" and set up one of the largest torture chambers in the area. Most sources are reporting him as a "collaborator".
