158,000.... Russian personnel casualties are on track to be US Vietnam casualties x 3. Even if the true numbers are half of that, a complete disaster for Russia...

Its just called slat armor. Easy to do applique armor, to make shaped charges and HEAT warheads to trigger early. Which often decreases the efficiency of the HEAT jet. So it won't get through the main armor anymore. Usually slats only work vs handheld and some of the lighter shoulder mounted weapons. |
