1. (FYI: I did a little research on the fact that "Опытное" translates in English as the word "experienced" and found out it actually is a village called Opytnoe (English: Opytne) in the Bakhmut district) "Opytne... sweep" 2. Claimed as a little help NOTE: In the comments the most popular opinion is that this is a FIM-92 "Stinger" DMS (Dual Mount System) mounted on a HMMWV. The meaning of this system is that some components of the missiles themselves are integrated into the tripod - sight, cooling, power. It is possible to receive some data from radars. Accordingly, the efficiency of the system increases. Most likely it was transferred by Lithuania, since it was armed with a large number of just such configurations (but Latvia, etc. is also possible).
