This does not look like any kind of anti-personnel mines or devices, nor does it look like any kind of conventional weapons.
It could be some kind of stringed / daisy chained device to blow up & out the ground for mass graves. This is worth staying on though as it's a big ? to say the least.
P.S I was thinking they could be hiding fuel for a rainy day, but they seem to be connected by a white electrical cord hence the reference to Daisy Chain.
