At the Belbek airfield, where the fire broke out, there was a partial detonation of ammunition due to the plane landing off the runway. This was announced by the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev. The fire was quickly extinguished, the airfield was not damaged, he noted.

“According to the situation on Belbek.

The aircraft during landing went beyond the runway, there was a partial explosion of ammunition.

The pilot managed to evacuate,” the governor wrote on Telegram.

On October 1, the governor of Sevastopol said that at the Belbek airfield, the plane rolled out of the runway and caught fire.
