Russian Invasion Ukraine Day 153/154/155/156 (July 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th)
An airborne camera from an aerozvidka drone follows what appeared to be the team's custom-built R-18 octocopter, which has a 4-kilometer range (roughly 2 ½ miles), can fly for 40 minutes, and can drop 5 kg bombs. The drone set out across the countryside passing over several fields before nearing its target, at which point it dropped altitude. The drone repositioned itself and dropped two items without causing a noticeable explosion. A third drop appeared to make contact, causing a visible blast. The footage is inverted black-and-white, seemingly taken after dark. The drone team does most of its missions at night, where the low visibility provides an advantage. It carries out hundreds of missions daily, flying about 20 hours a day. Among its achievements, the group says it was instrumental in halting the famed 40-mile-long convoy that attempted to reach the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, in the first weeks of the war. |

American Switchblade 300 kamikaze drone has been used at the Troybortne border checkpoint in the Bryansk, Russia region. Several people were injured and one reportedly died. Ukrainian Telegrams are saying these were Russian FSB officers. One of them might have been a Moldovan citizen. Clear that another Ukranian drone was recording the event. |

The Antonovsky bridge in Kherson has been struck again. You can see anti-air missiles being launched after the strike. If completely destroyed or severely damaged, this will greatly limit Russian resupply from Russian-controlled Crimea. The other bridge east of Kherson has also been hit already. Edit: I count 8 hits on the bridge at least, not so sure about the last two, maybe hit water. Not sure if Russians shot any down, and of course they're currently claiming on Telegram that all missiles were "intercepted" |

- Polish PT-91 tanks transferred to Ukraine via rail. The PT-91 is a modified T-72 variant.

I forget who said it, Tom or Stefan, but the important bridge is the railway one and its hard to hit cause of its design, hence its still operational.

To be honest, the only time when I was impressed by bairaktar was during Nagornij Karabah war. Even old outdated AADF can take it out such as S300 or strela10. IMO small, less detectable Chinese drones can bring much more to the table such as artillery fire correction, small explosive munition deliveries and intel service.
