Looks to be a pretty potent anti-personnel mine. You can see the hole in the ground in the video. Too small to be anti-tank. Plus, all you see is dirt. With a drone there would be a white puff, flash and probable ammo cooking off.

The enemy continued to remain in their position even after the Ukrainians arrived, and their own troops immediately opened fire on them - so that they would not retreat or to "motivate" them to move forward.
